You can return your product within 7 working days from the date you receive your order, within the scope of the "Right of Withdrawal Without Reason". In the case of returns due to any defect caused by the product, you can return the product you received within 30 days from the delivery date.

You can send the product you want to return with its original invoice, original box, packaging, standard accessories if any, with Yurtiçi Cargo against counter payment. Shipping fee belongs to www.happyfolks.com.tr.
In case of sending with a cargo company other than Yurtiçi Kargo, the cargo fee cannot be covered by us.
The cost of cargo shipments made without notifying www.happyfolks.com.tr belongs to the customer.
If the return is accepted, the cost of the product will be deposited in your bank within 5 working days. The entire price of the product you have purchased in installments is returned to your credit card by www.happyfolks.com.tr. However, your bank reflects the refund to your credit card in installments.
